Hip Flex™ Level 1 Chewable Tablets is for use in dogs only.
• Tart cherry concentrate is a natural antioxidant for joint health
• Glucosamine, MSM and Omega 3 & 6 Fatty Acids
A preventative maintenance supplement to help maintain normal healthy cartilage and joint function. Tart cherries help avoid discomfort by supporting the body’s normal inflammatory response. Contains Glucosamine and MSM for added joint support.

Cautions:
Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If lameness worsens, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.

For animal use only. Keep out of reach of children and other animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately.

Daily Use: (Initial Three Week Period)
Up to 10 lbs. 1 tablet
11 to 39 lbs. 2 tablets
40 to 79 lbs. 3 tablets
80 lbs. and over 4 tablets

Daily Use: (Maintenance)
Up to 10 lbs. 1/2 tablet
11 to 39 lbs. 1 tablet
40 to 79 lbs. 1-1/2 tablets
80 lbs. and over 2 tablets
