Hip Flex™ Level 3 Chewable Tablets is for use in dogs over the age of 12 weeks.

Formulated for pets in need of advanced joint care. Great for senior pets, and those recovering from joint related injuries or surgery.

Cautions:
Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If lameness worsens, discontinue use. Then, contact your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten. This is to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.

Up to 10 lbs. 1 tablet
11 to 39 lbs. 2 tablets
40 to 79 lbs. 3 tablets
80 lbs. and over 4 tablets

Directions For Use: (Daily Maintenance)
Up to 10 lbs. ½ tablet
11 to 39 lbs. 1 tablet
40 to 79 lbs. 1-½ tablets
80 lbs. and over 2 tablets
