SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We will do our best to ensure that your goods are adequately packaged and properly handled to avoid any form of damage or leakage. Goods destined for outside Lagos are handled by independent 3rd parties.
As a routine, we will also do our best to get the best delivery/shipping rates for you at all times. All purchase orders – Online, Telephone or email orders are normally processed on the same day and shipped the next business day.
Our customers can also order for an item online, pay for it and pick it up in-store. If you will like to pick your goods in-store after ordering online, please send us an email to that effect
All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to our Site shipping policies.
The displayed prices does not include the cost of insuring your purchases which is why we have not included any insurance premium. Therefore if you would like to insure your purchases please contact us immediately so that we can advise you of the cost which usually comes from the delivery company. Please be aware that we take it as read that if no mention of insurance is made during any transaction that you the customer have decided either not to insure your goods or have made your own arrangements to do so. It is our company policy not to pay compensation / make refunds beyond our limit of liability unless your goods are insured with us.
In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification of lost items via e-mail (as provided in our shipping policies) within 7 days of receipt of the shipping information from us.
Please note that the shipping rates displayed at check out is to the depot of the nearest regular/popular transport company coming to your location. Once your goods are handed over to the transport company in Lagos, we will either obtain a waybill from them or a telephone number from them and pass same over to you. From then on, it is your responsibility to follow up with the transport company to find out when the goods gets to their depot.
Please notify us if you encounter any issues and we will also follow up with the transport company from Lagos.

HOME DELIVERIES IN LAGOS: This is only possible if your location in Lagos is easily accessible. If you live in the interior parts of Lagos, we may not be able to deliver to your home due to the traffic conditions in some parts of Lagos. If this is the case, we will call and notify you to see if we can mutually agree on other alternatives: eg, drop off at your office (if your office is easier to access) or you can pick up from any of our branches. If we cannot reach an agreement on this, we will cancel your order and if you have already made payments for the order, we will refund you within 7 working days
HOME DELIVERIES OUTSIDE LAGOS: We occasionally do home deliveries outside Lagos but this must be by special arrangement. Usually the charges will be substantially higher. Home deliveries outside Lagos are usually done by courier.
FREE DELIVERY OFFERS: The conditions spelt out under our Shipping and handling policies takes precedence over any free delivery offers. If we can not deliver an item to you, either due to your geographic location or due to circumstances beyond our control like man made or natural causes, disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, demonstrations, protests, earthquakes, fire, flood, covid-19 or any pandemic or similar issues or whatsoever reason, we will cancel the order and then notify you. Free deliveries are strictly honored at our own discretion.
